What is A.V.I.D.?

AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) is an elective class at Wilcox, SCHS and MacDonald HS offered for each of a student’s four years in high school. The AVID program, in 47 states and even in some international schools, is designed to help students be college and career-ready, and to help them navigate the college-application process.
