Good morning, Cougars. Before we begin our day, I want to give a shout-out to an awesome teacher who has been actively participating in our Healthy Mind Platter activities all month long. Thank you for showing us that taking care of our mental health matters at every age. Congratulations to Ms. Priddy!! As we wrap up Mental Health Awareness Month, I want to remind you that taking care of your mental health is something you can practice every day. Whether it’s taking a deep breath, journaling, moving your body, or connecting with a friend—small steps matter. Keep using the tools that helped you this month.

Join us for our LAST Recycling Club meeting of the school year today after school from 3:00–4:00 PM in room 8. We’ll be collecting old sneakers from the locker room, crushing cans and bottles one last time, and helping keep our campus clean before summer! Come help us finish the year strong and make one last positive impact together. See you there!
